Pinus cembra – Swiss Stone Pine
Height: 30-50’
Spread: 15-25’ (slender, mostly upright, good density)
Foliage: Bright dark green with bluish inner hue, needles are slender and blunted.

Preferred Soil: ph 5.5-7, well-drained, clay or sand
Seed: 2-3” oval greenish-brown cones that open only after being dropped.
